About Us

Many community arts groups carry out work with disabled people but some of the arts organisations on the island have a focus specifically on arts and disability matters.  For example there are:

• organisations that address access and inclusion issues, such as Adapt NI and the Arts and Disability Equality Charter project;
• organisations that develop arts and disability programmes, such as Open Arts;
• resource and support organisations such as the Arts and Disability Forum in Northern Ireland, and Arts and Disability Ireland in the Republic of Ireland.

You can also search the directory or follow links to find arts organisations and disability organisations that are not necessarily involved in arts and disability work but may be of interest to you.
